Shipping Policy
At Crunchy Cultures, we are committed to delivering the freshest, most flavorful ferments possible. Because our products are alive with beneficial bacteria and require careful handling, we've designed our shipping schedule to minimize transit time and maintain quality from our kitchen to your doorstep.
Shipping Days
To ensure the highest product quality and reduce the time your order spends in transit:
We only ship orders on Monday and Tuesdays.
This schedule helps us avoid weekend delays and ensures your ferments arrive as fresh and safe as possible.
Orders placed after 7pm Mondays central time will be sent out the following week.
Shipping Methods
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure the quickest shipping that also balances reasonable shipping rates, but if we experience delays we may temporarily switch to UPS or FedEx.
All shipments include tracking, which you'll receive via email once your order leaves our facility.
Perishable Product Notice
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order when it arrives. Our products are perishable and should be refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or packages left unrefrigerated after delivery.
Shipping Zones
We only ship within the continental United States plus Hawaii and Alaska (subject to change)
