Cucumber Kimchi is a variation of a traditional Korean ferment. Cucumbers, carrots, ginger, garlic, tamari, gochugaru and rice flour make this is a perfect combination of pickles and kimchi that is a true crowd-pleaser.

This ferment is perfect to take any dish to the next level. Try it on stir-fries, ramen, hot dogs, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, burritos, eggs, rice, avocado toast, or right out of the jar.

Equal parts healthy and delicious, our Kimchi is naturally fermented with real, raw ingredients but please take note it does contain NON-GMO SOY in the form of tamari
