Curtido is a traditional Salvadorian ferment with the perfect level of tang and heat. We add carrots, red onion, cumin, jalapeño, and oregano to bring a uniquely delicious ferment to you.

Traditionally enjoyed on pupusas (corn cakes) but takes any dish to the next level. Try it on hot dogs, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, eggs, rice, avocado toast or right out of the jar.

Time is all we use to turn ingredients into a tangy, crave-able treat no meal is complete without.
