Kimchi is a traditional Korean ferment that is as complex as it is spicy. We choose to omit a few traditional ingredients to make this vegan, gluten-free and friendly to all heat lovers.

This ferment is perfect to take any dish to the next level. Try it on Stir-fry’s, ramen, hot dogs, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, burritos, eggs, rice, avocado toast or right out of the jar.
