Our Fire-Chi Kimchi is currently our hottest ferment, perfect for those who crave complex, spicy flavors. Inspired by traditional Korean kimchi, this small-batch ferment is vegan, gluten-free, and carefully crafted for all heat lovers.
We’ve simplified some traditional ingredients to make it approachable while keeping its fiery, tangy, and deeply flavorful character.

We believe great flavor takes time. Each batch is fermented for at least six weeks to develop its deep tang, natural fizz, and beneficial live cultures. No shortcuts — just time, salt, and fresh vegetables working together to create a living food that’s both healthy and crave-worthy.
